Kihei 4th Friday Is Accepting Vendor Applications
If you’re interested in becoming a food or retail (arts and crafts) vendor, please download the vendor application packet below, by simply clicking the link. Submit your completed application, your application will be reviewed as soon as possible, you will be contacted by email. There is a 2-month minimum commitment from all vendors.

Certificate of Insurance Required (COI)
Food vendors will also be required to provide the following:

All Food Vendors are required to provide a “COI” or Certificate of Insurance showing the (2) following entities as ‘additional insured’ on your individual policies:

Application for Temporary Food Establishment Permit
All food vendors must obtain one prior to the night of the event and submit a copy to Kihei 4th Friday. Permits and insurance certificates can be emailed to kiheifridays@gmail.com or mailed to:
