We are always accepting vendor applications for anyone who wants to participate in our Fourth Friday Event. If you’re interested in becoming a food or retail vendor, please download the vendor application packet below, by simply clicking on the highlighted area. Submit your completed application, you will then be on the “waitlist”, once we have an opening, you will be contacted by email with an invite. There is a 2 month minimum committment from all vendors. Once you are invited to participate in the party, food vendors will also be required to provide the following:
All Food Vendors are required to provide a “COI” or Certificate of Insurance showing the (2) following entities as ‘additional insured’ on your individual policies:

Application for Temporary Food Establishment Permit-
all food vendors must obtain one prior to the night of the event and submit a copy to Kihei Fourth Friday.
